Description
Engineered specifically for land management and wildfire suppression, the Green Dragon is an automated ground-based launcher used for prescribed burns and back-burning operations. It introduces a novel ignition concept by utilizing CO2 or compressed air as a propellant, paired with an electrically-driven reciprocating feed system. This versatile unit is compatible with various platforms, including trucks, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
The system provides operators with precise control over both range and frequency, reaching firing speeds of up to 40 Dragon Eggs per minute. With adjustable mounts for elevation and azimuth, the Green Dragon can deploy spheres at distances of up to 225 feet (70 meters) across a 180° field of fire.
